β β β β β Handy to the hospital.. And doctors that's on the hospital grounds. Plenty of parking out the back if the building. They will take your blood for you :)

β β β β β Unexpired staffs not being able to do simple blood test and made my both arms terribly brused and blaming me that I didn't drink enough water! Which I never had problem doing my blood tests before even when I was fasting!

β β β β β Went a few days ago (29Dec21) to have my regular blood test. Both staff were terribly unexperienced. The first two tries were not succesful and the nurse claimed that she is the senior staff (???). The places from where she tried to draw blood were not desinfected or protection applied. The next nurse was even worse, with no success and no desinfection or plaster. Then, she went for someone else but after 10 min of waiting I decided to give up and come back when the more experienced staff is around. I am just wondering what kind of training these staff have received (if any). Otherwise, staff that usually work in Labtests Henderson is great: very quick, painless and very friendly.

β β β β β The barcode system is great, although some people are confused with the scanning of barcodes, lab can get very busy so dont expect to be seen straight away. Although plenty of parking it can still get quite full very quickly. Friendly staff.

β β β β β Lately I need to go through a series of blood tests. I went to Labtests, Westgate on the first occasion. This was a bad experience, as you can see from the first photo. I believe the lady who attended to me was not properly trained for the job. So I decided to go to the Labtests, Henderson on the second occasion. I have all praises for them. The service was friendly and the lady who attended to me was professional and understanding. The following two more follow up occasions I visited Labpests, Henderson. All the three visits to Labtests, Henderson are good memories. Just look at the next three photos and judge for yourself. So if you need a blood test try Labtests, Henderson.

β β β β β Wait lines are usually 1 hour long here. I have seen elderly people and pregnant women standing and waiting in the queue for long time. They do not have much staff in the morning and no longer do the priority blood check now. They should employ more people to reduce the wait times, specially on Monday morning.
