★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had one of the upstairs studios. Good size, nice balcony with great views, comfortable, tidy, very close to cafes/walks/etc. Friendly staff.Everything you want for an overnight stay or more.

Accommodation not right for the dear price.
TV is in the main bedroom. I have to wait my husband to end watching telly before i go to bed since i can't sleep with the telly onto the bedroom. Be nice if there is seating space apart the dining chair.
My husband fixed the toilet to flush it well, as something stock in the box, water wont flush.
We'll not go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place I stayed in for a while $260 for one person per night spoke on phone the week before and booked two rooms and they said the price is $140 each room got there week after and they say price this week was $260 each person each room because it peak season and the place was dead!! Was not told this week before when booking was meant to stay 2 nights quickly changed and only stayed for the one night hence the price please make sure you confirm the price first before booking and get an email because I was seriously p$#sed of to the say the least. Awesome photo on booking.com by the way does not quite look like that and speaking of booking .com I tried to book next day for just me and it was $150 so hence why I was very annoyed with this establishment ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, tidy, great views and location. New management were a pleasure to deal with compared to the last, great customer service and willing to go above and beyond. Abundant parking spaces and extremely well priced rooms. Walking distance to all local amenities. A must stay in lake tekapo. Outstanding!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are very tidy, with good facilities. Extremely well-located with the local supermarket and cafes and takeaway places all just outside the door. Brilliant views of the lake from the upstairs balcony. Friendly, efficient service on check-in and departure. Would stay here again.
