I stayed here for the weekend for a friend's wedding. It was so relaxing. The best place I've stayed at in New Zealand so far. Set in its own gardens, with doves (great for photos) a few cows, and a gorgeous little dog, it's a lovely place. There was a big selection for breakfast and very tasty. The owners were so kind. Thank you.

Couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue. Lovely grounds, multiple places to get married, plenty of wet weather options, and the indoor area for reception and band was perfect. Plus there's a nice place to stay upstairs. Beng and John were both great to deal with. Would recommend to anyone.

My sisters wedding was held at this venue and it was absolutely perfect! Can't rave enough about this place! Not only is the place stunning but the owners did a fabulous job at making sure the day went so smooth. They helped where ever they could and went totally above and beyond what we could have asked for. Would 100% recommend this venue for events. The owners were such a breeze to work with and were really thoughtful to my sisters special day.

Just been to view this venue and it's absolutely wonderful! Beautiful gardens and setting, loved the Dove Avery! Very well Kept and the owners were so nice and friendly. I was a bit concerned when I read the one star review on here just as we pulled into the driveway.....(bad timing) but It was not a reflection of our experience. Over all A very beautifully presented property. Conor, Visiting from Ireland Ps the tennis court and vineyard are stunning

In my personal experience I wish I never booked this venue, everything was an uphill battle, not worth the stress and they were really unprofessional and lied even though we have email proof. They tried to change major details that were agreed soon BY EMAIL the day before set up and also I had complaints about them from my personal vendors I hired. Going behind our backs on THE DAY of our wedding talking about us to our wedding guests. They also have strange rules for pricing to try make a quick extra buck with hidden costs. The on-site accommodation was hundreds more than an air BnB but their accommodation doesn’t even have kitchen facilities to openly use, and they don’t cater to dietary restrictions, so we ended up using an air BnB and saving a lot of money and being able to have a kitchen with more rooms. The owners are really hard to work with, they ended up rejecting my calls the day before the wedding to get things sorted and would message me hours later saying they missed my call….when they rejected it after about 4 rings. Beautiful location but not worth the hassle at all from my experience with we could have had more time to find a better venue

My wife and I had an absolutely delightful wedding at the Landing at Homebush earlier this year. The owners were a delight to work with, their attention to detail, kindness and communication made the day an absolute breeze. The venue is stunning, so many incredible locations for photos and for our guests to socalise. The highest recommendation.
