β β β β β They did a great job on my car, but lack really bad with communication and if I knew it was going to take that long for my car to be repaired I would of happily taken my money elsewhere to save the drama.

β β β β β They did a great job on my Toyota.. but this time had to change panel beaters to a Lower Hutt firm. Rude receptionist and time frame of 2 to 4 weeks.. tooo long. They should tell customers from the get go.. How long repair is going to take.. thereby giving the customer time to change to another firm. I wouldn't be using them again or recommending them to other people. We are suppose to use our local businesses to help build their profits re covid 19 lockdown. I give them a 0 out of 10 for customer service.

β β β β β Don't ever use this organisation to repair your car, the worst service experience thus far. 5 weeks in waiting for service, no phone calls from customer service. Made 5 calls, had photos of car done, waited for parts order and after 5 weeks and the umpteenth call they said the parts have not even been ordered yet 3 weeks prior they said it will take two weeks for the parts to arrive. In conclusion a very rude receptionist and as a customer dishonesty is unacceptable. The insurance company has been informed.
