She was so helpful with my skin treatment too as I get claustrophobic. She is friendly, helpful and professional. An absolute gem and asset to the business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid forced my hand and I had to leave my beautician who I had been seeing for nearly 12 years! Fortunately, Laser Clinc had some fantastic deals, and with the advice from my GF, I went ahead and booked. I was excited but also a little anxious to have someone I didn't know looking at my private parts! This was scary for me as the only people to ever see down there were my hubby, my doctor and my old beautician! With lots of nerves, sweaty hands and my freshly shaved nether regions, I arrived (a little late too) at the Queensgate clinic and met the wonderful Lynita! She was professional, reassuring and so kind, and I immediately felt 'safe' and had no qualms about getting nek-kid! She explained the whole procedure and answered every silly question I had with kindness and reassurance. Lynita - I can't thank you enough for making my first therapy an amazing experience. Appreciate you ? See you next month!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going into laser clinic queensgate for a couple months now and have been so impressed by the treatment I’ve had! Lynita one of the therapists was so accomodating and thorough! Made me feel so comfortable getting treatment done-Very important to me as I feel like value for my buck is very much worth it!! 10/10 and highly recommend getting treatment here if you can; good yarns and definitely wish I had done laser earlier :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called and booked in for two appointments side by side. My first appointment took a week to get and was cancelled the morning of saying they didn’t have the right staff available. I then rescheduled for one week later, semi-expecting this would happen again (I’ve had the same problem at Laser Clinic Featherston). Sure enough, today I got a call only 2.5 hours (before my appointments saying a worker left work this morning and they don’t know if they will come back. They then called to confirm that person isn’t coming back 1 hour before my appointment was meant to start. I decided to cancel my appointments and go somewhere else as they can’t seem service their appointments. This store is hard to get on the phone; usually calls are not answered even after a long wait listening to the music and it takes a long time to get a call back after leaving a voicemail. They also didn’t leave a voicemail for me to say why they called and did not email or text, so I was dependent on them calling me back. They are struggling to provide the right customer care at the moment.
