★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is bit shabby but the store is huge and has two story. The top section is for cloths and kids toys and ground floor is for other day today items. The jewellery section is on first floor. The counter section is at ground floor only. I wish they could keep it more neat and tidy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful staff but terrible experience shopping through the app. I placed the order and I was advised I could collect the items the day after. I visited the store to collect the order and they told me that the payment had not gone through despite the fact that the money was already withdrawn from my account. I needed my items on that day and they couldn't even refund me so that I could buy them in-store. After talking to the manager, they called their office and they were able to finally give me the items. These two stars go to the nice staff and the manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such big shop yet I can never find what I want. Maybe purely unluckily. Clean compared to other warehouses and nice fresh coat of paint in the outside looks flashy and fresh. Good prices like all warehouses. Self checkouts make for a quick trip. Nice store to walk around and close to CBD. Car park very good and accessible. Not a lot of staff on floor to help out but ones at checkout always nice
