We booked it for our stay in rotorua, the Bach, the location and the comfort was exquisite. The owners live upstairs and everything was arranged nicely with the heat pump running for our arrival. they had kept the rooms warm for our arrival. Not too big but enough space for a small family. The Bach was walkable distance to the lake and 30 mins drive to most rotorua attractions. Would definetly recommend and go again.
