★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had absolutely no problems here. Service was A++. Our Room (11) was super clean, fresh, everything was perfect, spa was amazing, our little deck outback was great. If I had to complain about anything, it was just that our bed was ROCK HARD haha. Honestly I have never slept on a bed so hard like that before, it was so hard it was difficult to try and get comfortable but other than that the room and everything else right down to our cleaning lady was PERFECT.... Oops sorry no there's one more moan - I had booked in to have some spa treatment (Vitality Treatment) and I think the woman I had (indian) sorry if I'm wrong, well I think she could've done alot better - it all felt rushed, my back massage felt like minimal effort was being made to actually massage but then fast foward to my facial, HOLY MOLY this one takes the cake, I thought she was gonna rip my nose off everytime, I've had plenty of facials in the past and not one of them felt like this one. Past consultants have used soft brushes and have been so gentle you can actually relax and fall asleep. This lady, she used her hands and roughly rubbed each product over my face so fast and rough including my nose which felt like I couldn't breathe everytime because she spent more time rubbing my nose than anywhere else on my face and then to top it off she loudly burps in my ears ? at that point I'm like 'UM HELL NO you didn't just burp' well yep she did and I was like WOW!!! $105.00 disappointed, I could've spent that $$$ elsewhere had I known my spa treatment was gonna be poor, that was a let down ? so for that and the rock hard bed, it's a 3 star from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for the weekend. We loved the condition of our rooms. Also the host is very very accommodating making sure our stay was good. The spa in the room makes it worthwhile and the onsite massage was awesome as well

The rooms are nice and clean and the spas are perfect for relaxing. The staff and owners are so lovely and accomodating too! Thank you for having us ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fenton st is where you'll find 85% of the motels and hotels in Rotorua so location is ideal. Only wish was that they would confirm if you have and upstairs of downstairs apartment- our view was of the carpark and everyone had a good view in and the rooms are bot very sound proof. Otherwise simple amenities and the spa pool was lovely with a wine and ice bucket they prepared earlier!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Silver Fern staff went above and beyond with accommodating our needs, allowing us early check in and a late check out and the facilities are beautiful. Great layout of the rooms, beautifully cleaned with friendly cleaning staff who are eager to help with everything you need for your stay and the rooms are beautifully decorated inside. I will definitely recommend staying here to friends and family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved staying here, the staff are very friendly. The room was super clean and the service done for room 16 was really good ? The spa bath was nice and you are quite close to everything in town ans activities. The night staff were helpful when some other guests were being loud and crazy too. Definitely recommend and would return.
