★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les Mills Dunedin is a very deceptive-looking building - it appears small on the outside, but you discover once you start exploring that it's huge on the inside. It's a bright, colourful, light and airy interior with multiple spaces to enjoy your gym experience. Staff are super friendly and welcoming, with expert trainers available to answer your specific fitness questions. It's a well-equipped space with multiple weights and cardio areas, including a separate women's gym and circuit room, spin class space and two spacious studios for classes. Additional sauna options and roomy changing/shower areas with personal locker spaces. It's a great spot with something for everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place may have the required equipment someone needs to work out with, however the management here is appalling.
I was advised incorrect information numerous times via email, they broke my contract more than twice, they direct debited funds from my bank account without agreement and then the manager Peter Lee attempted to blame me for those mistakes stating it was my responsibility the direct debit had not worked, therefore leaving me in the lurch with no empathy or understanding provided whatsoever.
Peter had told me that there was no way I would get out of my contract no matter how high I go, which made me feel helpless and disparged.
The only great service i did receive is from the national marketing manager in the north island that helped me get a refund and a membership cancelation at no cost. Thank you Elizabeth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved this place. I went in real early, I think it was at 5:30. They have classes from 6 am, ladies restroom has hairdryers and I saw some straightners, and the staff was real patient with me asking questions and there is a woman's section. That's a lot of information, but that's the things I liked

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go in 530am during the week so manage without it being too busy. But they only have one power rack and one squat rack, and 2 dead lift stations. The gym needs more of this equipment. Pails in comparison to other les mills around the country that provide much more of this equipment. Love the sauna.
