★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent a night at Scenic in Dunedin on a business trip. Covid has clearly had an impact on number of guests staying, however the hotel was spotless, staff super friendly and could not have been more welcoming..I would highly recommend. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok where do I start, The staff here are very friendly and helpful especially a guy with Indian decent who talked to me throuhout my evening meal . But unfortunately that is where it went downhill.
Once in my room I pulled the duvet back and I noticed some reddish brown stains (SAY NO MORE!) on the sheets, well I thought they were on the sheets anyway, the sheets were clean but I pulled the sheet back to reveal the mattress protector and as you will see from the photos attached this is what I found it made me feel pretty sick to be honest so I definitely will not be staying here again. No excuses can cover this up if I am honest. Not a happy bunny I can tell you......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was good and spacious and clean. Beds were super comfy. Syaff were friendly and location is good. TV was really old and couldn't stream anything. Food was terrible, ordered room service once and spat it out adter the first bite. Breakfast was included but ended up with scrambled eggs floating in my plate and soggy toast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were a family of 5 (3 kids under 7) and this hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff were so helpful, thoughtful and we were so comfortable is such a warm, comfortable and spacious spot. Excellent location too.
