★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING Service!! I got my photos scanned two years ago so when we moved around the world i didnt have to pack and carry photo albums. After many moves i couldnt find my back up hard drive, turning my house upside down, logging in to all my online storage etc ,. I contacted Alpha and sure enough still had a back up for me! THANK YOU!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Alpha answered the phone immediately and directed me as to where to drop off my photos (there are two locations). He arranged for someone to be there to collect them, he said he would text me later that day to confirm he had the photos and next steps (which he did), he surprised me (pleasantly!) by emailing me examples of how he had made some of the older photos look sharper/brighter and he kept me informed at all times. I thought I had about 1900 photos but he confirmed and charged me for 1719 which was so honest and he had them ready when agreed and had done exactly as expected. I was nervous about leaving my precious photos with a stranger but Alpha was so reliable, efficient and trustworthy - thanks heaps!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are terrific! I have sent in a large batches of old family photos from 1950s, and my whole experience has been positive. They did a great job, quickly. The scans have been very high quality, and the customer service has been great. They offer me to get the scan early by cloud drive with no extra charge. I would recommend this service without reservation.

My brother passed away suddenly 3 months ago, Alpha was so helpful & kind putting together photo VDO tribute of my brother’s life so beautifully and so quickly, he even worked in the weekend and late nights to get this completed because we were under time constrains. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tremendous service right throughout the process of inquiring, ordering and fulfilment / return of photographs. My son got a kick out of seeing close to 40 years of history digitised. I am really glad I made this decision - time is no friend of physical photographs and having them digitised now was smart. Great value, great experience. I definitely recommend.
