★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thinking of passport photos,don't waste your time here. After waiting around for 15 minutes after my photo was taken i enquired as to why this was taking so long?
I was presented with 2 different stories,one saying that there own photo system had a technical glitch another saying there was an issue trying to verify the image via the online passport image checker,either way they did not bother letting us know they were having issues. To have to wait around this long without a courtesy update from the team here is simply poor service.
It was very refreshing however to go to a shop just 2 doors down and have this done in a matter of a few minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for passport photo today while holding my 19months old, I forgot my mask and the lady who served me ask me to go get a mask and come back which I did, later another customer came without a mask and they were happy to give him a mask and serve him. The lady was not friendly at all and unprofessional. Plus the photos took so long. Don’t waste your time

My doctors said they couldn’t see me so husband resorted to calling Life Pharmacy. They were so helpful. Not only did they deliver cough medicine to us as we are self isolating they did so free of charge! Thank you to the lovely staff at Life Pharmacy. Your kindness has been a silver lining during an awful week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been going to this pharmacy for 34 years, it has been in business for a very long time. From what I can remember Leanne has now been the owner for over ten years and had run the business before that, she is extremely, very knowledgeable and just a wonderful person who know's her clients well and the regular clients fully trust her and her great staff. She must be as good a boss as well as she really does keep her staff, training most of them along with their university studies and they get well qualified but stay working in the pharmacy, which speaks very highly of Leanne's quality as a boss, mentor and friend. This pharmacy is in the very center of Howick so is super convenient, best by far in the Howick region.
