โ โ โ โ โ My recent experiences in 101 Howick have been very disappointing, enough to say that I will not be going back into the store and will share my experiences with others and everyone knows the best advertising you can get for your store is from word of mouth.
Both the owner and shopkeeper are very condescending, judgmental and less than helpful. The owner in particular does not even greet you when in the store.
In a shop where it is hard to find something under $100, you would expect at the very least a bag for your purchase, but not at 101 Howick. You have to carry your purchases out in your arms and when you do ask for a bag they find some plastic wrapping from one of their items on the shelf and then ask you to bring it back to them so they can re-use it. Really 101 Howick, with all the money people spend in your shop can you not afford to buy some paper bags for your customers. If you ask for something to be gift wrapped, in between sighs from staff, a piece of cheap blue soft paper is pulled from beneath the counter and your item is very roughly wrapped and handed to you. Very rarely is a bow offered and again no bag.
101 Howick, why is it that you think you can treat your customers like they don't belong in your shop. I am not sure why you think you can judge me or any other person that walks through your door, whether they buy something or not, it doesn't matter. Its called providing good customer service and you should try it sometime.
Get back down with the rest of us 101 and treat your customers well so they keep coming back.

โ โ โ โ โ I just absolutely love this store! Sharon has a great eye for trend, and the way everything is displayed in store is well thought out and aesthetically pleasing. I love coming here and getting ideas for my home. The amazing, helpful staff always greet me with a smile and a hello, and are very knowledgeable. The best part is that when you purchase from here, youโre helping a small business owner ?
