★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a busy place but staff will attend to you quite promptly. It is the dispensing part that is slow, so you will need to exercise patience. The drawcard is their convenient location ( before reconstruction of the cinema leading to restricted access and parking at the Knight's Rd-end ). Staff are polite and helpful and there are seats for those who need them.
The biggest drawback is their fees as they charge $5 per ITEM on your prescription list + $5 for the fax ( if faxed from your doctor's office ) which can be substantial if you happen to have a multitude of issues, or need frequent repeats. The other problem was they issue only partial supplies (as distinct from "Repeats") requiring more visits and inconvenience to pick up the balance and you also run the risk of missing the expiry date before you have collected all that is due to you. In addition they close early, at 6 pm. Often they also seem to have trouble finding the fax from your doctor, adding to your wait-time while they hunt for it!
On a positive note LP carries a large stock of varied supplies in both health and beauty products. When they have a promotion or sale you can find some great discounts especially for some branded, pricey items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really strange experience instore today the older woman with the short dark hair gave us assistance and then watched like a hawk making the rest of our shopping very uncomfortable. As my mother was at the counter paying for her purchases i was less then 3 steps away and gazing over the sunblocks when the woman approached me again and asked "are you purchasing anything?" to which i replied "clearly my mother is". I will not be going back because of how uncomfortable she made us feel looking around and even during purchasing, she did NOT ask such a silly question to other people shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being in the store, finding what I needed and paying for my item I was finally asked by another staff member where my mask was. I showed her my exemption (given to me by the DPA) but was told it wasn't accepted and asked to leave. Why wasn't I asked when I entered? There were plenty of staff around. I also found it rude this person telling her work colleague what to do in front of me. It should of been dealt in a professional manner away from customers.

Elderly Chinese couple with broken English were put at ease by pharmacist William, excellent to see the extra level to help everyone in the community. In these hectic times, you learn to value good friendly service. I've been here a few times to get prescriptions and it's always been a professional interaction 10/10, keep up the good work.
