β β β β β I love this shop as l have a dachshund , and there is a lot of dachshund items ! It's pricey though , so l have to watch for sales. Do NOT buy dachshund scuffs ( slippers ) they won't stay on

β β β β β Poor customer service, unwelcoming and unhelpful staff. Was the only person in the store and wasn't greeted or asked if I needed help. Then, when I brought an item to the counter to pay, both staff members walked away from the counter and a senior staff member began to teach the other staff member how to do something instead of serving me and without even acknowledging my presence.

β β β β β Very bad service. I bought PJ and I missed the tag. brand new condition with receipt and only 2 days old purchase. Straight refused to get replacement. I was not even asking for refund. Just any other PJ could have made me happy. I am also in retail business and I know we have lot in our hands to make customer happy. So please guys work it out on your customer service skills.

β β β β β All four staff members were too busy stocking shelves and gossiping to realise that I was there. There were no other customers. Every time I tried to look at a rack, a staff member came over and blocked it. Fluffing about with coat hangers and what not. Happened 4 times in a row. Then I gave up and walked out. They are not aware customers exist or that they might want to actually look at the stock or buy it. You don't need 4 staff members on the floor of such a small store. But you do need to train the ones that are there. No point in stocking shelves or tidying them if there's no customers, because the staff are rude and oblivious. Won't be back. Wanted pants and a candle. But I'm not buying from rude floor staff.

β β β β β I was shopping at the Queensgate store and I was extremely happy with the service I received today. I didn't manage to find what I wanted as the sizes had been sold through, but I had a lovely sales assistant try her best to help me in finding what I needed, she even suggested a couple of other options which I am going to think about. I asked for her name, her name was Sarah.
Just wanted to say thank you for the nice friendly and kind service.
