★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed, I took my 4 month old boots back because lumps had appeared in the heel, under the lining. I was told, I wear them too much, I must have gotten them wet and finally they were put on wrong. The manager was very polite and got back to me very quickly with this information. I have now taken the boots to a repair place and they have said the lumps are glue that is heated from wearing them. He said it’s not overly common but it does happen. I have rung the store with an update but they are sticking to their opinion that I wore them too much so it’s my fault. I do, do a lot of walking in the classroom but surely that’s why I wanted comfortable shoes.

She hyped me up while trying on different styles and told me about all the different payment options to find one that suited me! I honestly don’t like going into name brand shoe shops because I often feel like the staff are judging me, but she was so welcoming and relatable, she made a really good face for the brand! Thanks so much :)
