★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mate told me to call Pestrol re some bird and rat we were having in our house and garage. Bird droppings on the tractors and rats were making a hell of a mess. Rodents were everywhere including one got stuck into the car electrical gear. Cost $12k to fix. Got a 3 Solar elites for the birds and a bunch of Rodent free units plus a new product the 360 degrees for the garage. Made a hell of a difference as no more birds and rodent mess and damage. Three months later and still everything is spot on. Thanks guys great to buy products that work. Friendly and easy to deal with. Fast delivery too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the past couple of years we have used Pestrol Ultra Deal with their replaceable canisters.
These units are brilliant at eliminating flies and insects from inside our home .
I also recently used Spray & Go Deck Master extreme which was really easy to apply and most importantly it’s biodegradable and safe to use. We were really happy with the results of the products we’ve used so far, also the great service and quick delivery. Well done team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a West Bend Pure Water Distiller 22 years ago , fantastic product still as good as new , replaced the switch 10 years back ,wich was repaired and returned promptly by Courier. No issues with filters either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a solar repeller which was recommended to me by Pestrol to scare birds away from my garden. The product did not work for me. Several phone calls and messages later I received a phone call from John the managing director. He was extremely rude and dismissive. He kept denying that there was any fault with the product and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to someone else who was at least courteous. They took my credit card details and said I would get a refund in the next couple of days. If I don't receive one I will be taking the matter further. I cannot recommend this company after being spoken to in such a terrible way by the person who manages this place. There is such a thing as customer service and satisfaction. Sadly the person who runs this company doesn't believe in those things. There are other companies out there who sell pest control products that will refund your money in a polite and timely fashion if you are unhappy with a product. Steer clear of Pestrol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a few Rodent Free Products for our old house and 2 Pestrol 360 degree units for our workshop area. We had become saturated with the critters. Great initial help from the owner and the girls in the office were friendly and helpful. The order came out real fast. The rodents have left us and now still keep away no 2 months later. Great products and spot on service Pestrol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered some products, the courier label they printed didn't hv the delivery information. So courier post couldn't deliver item on time. Tried contacting them regarding this-no apology from the person who spoke to me & she offered another solution, which was going to even further delay the delivery of the item. Very poor customer service. Not happy with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a Pestrol indoor fly glue trap. Tried it for a few weeks and it didn't catch any flies despite following the instructions. I returned the package and was promptly given a full refund. Great customer service!

They were out of stock but I was kept informed as to when they would be back in stock and the pellets arrived promptly just a couple of days after they came back into stock.
