Waiting on some items that website did say would take longer to arrive due to supplier being from overseas, but feel very comfortable that they have it handled. Would happily buy from again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited for 2 months for an order that never came. This was over $200 in worth, and was supposed to be a Christmas gift (purchased way before, just in case).
The order was never dispatched, I never got an ETA, it just said "soon" the entire time. The item also was always in stock in the warehouse, so I don't understand the delay.
I live in Auckland, New Zealand, so this is odd. I understand COVID-19 delays, but not for this. I got an entire PC setup delivered from PB tech, piece by piece, with some delays, BEFORE Christmas starting late October. So with that information, Mighty Ape was NOT good enough.
I would like to note that customer service was sympathetic and really lovely (I know it's not their fault for this), however I got no information at all. My request for a refund was never answered, and I had to go to live chat. They responded very fast (I thought there would've been a backlog, guess not...) and I FINALLY got a refund.
I will no longer recommend Mighty Ape for gaming as I did in the past. Go to PB Tech instead. I've heard similar stories too. It used to be good but this kinda put me off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been shopping with Mighty Ape since 2011 and they haven’t changed. Always a great range of products, fast to ship and fast to arrive. Best place to shop for what you need online and fast to help out when you need it. I emailed at 11pm one night and they replied at 8am the next morning.
Best customer service around!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never travelled to the mighty ape warehouse however I’ve also never had a problem ordering and receiving from them. In fact it’s always the best shipping wise and product wise. My items come literally days after I’ve ordered, I’ve never had to wait too long. Their website is so easy to use and navigate through and they have amazing product range from blind boxes to furniture. Always have and always will recommend mighty ape!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 3 products a day or two ago and I received them today. I have to say, the online website ordering process was quick and easy to use and the service has been absolutely amazing.
They packed my products so well with care and even through in a voucher of $10 off my next order. A seamless process with no problems or issues at all.
I never thought nor expected to get the products so quickly knowing that there are delays with the courier delivery but the service has been spot on. Thank you Mighty Ape for your awesome products and services.
I now will be ordering more products with you and will get my friends and family to order through Mighty Ape as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a click and collect late lastnight and it was ready for collection the next morning at 9am. Drove out 50 minutes. There was plenty of parking and couches to wait on. Which I only waited a few minutes for them to bring out. The lady at the front desk was super lovely. Very happy with the service. Thank you!
