★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teriable quality. Couch seems started pulling apart 3 months after purchase (Austin Reversible Corner Fabric Sofa With Ottoman). They replaced the affected cushion however 1 month later more seems started splitting and pulling apart (including the replaced cushion and the ottoman). Customer service has been a frustrating, lengthly experience, with the issue still not resolved almost 2 months later. I've asked for my money back on this faulty product and do not recommend them after the experience I've had.
