★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pretty woman moment. Was looking for a new pyro oven - Tall white guy was rude but spoke to my kiwi husband nicely. A nice Indian guy took over was pleasant and helpful. Big mistake White guy! cos I ended up buying a nice expensive oven from the nice folks from Kitchen Things! ?

Look at the dining chairs different colors, I bought from Harvey Norman many years ago, I did not realize until I was trying to sell it to a second hand dealer who came and value it. ?

When we paid for drop off AND installation of fridge and washing machine, they only stated “drop off” under invoice notes. when delivery guys came over, they told me that they will just drop off and not installing them because it doesn’t say the word on the invoice. Had to call Harvey Norman back and they were sure we have paid for Installation as well. At the end they offered us the guys can come install them TOMORROW where they only left here 5minutes ago, or refund of $30 when we paid $64 for installation. What a rip off and awful company.
Harvey Norman, you need to make sure to state “drop off AND install” on the invoice notes when customers pays for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was happy they had what I needed but customer service was very poor. There was maybe 5 customers in store and I still found it hard to find staff to engage with to get served. Some even looked straight at me and proceeded to walk the other way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harvey Norman is fine, they have a good shop with a lot of stuff on display. The salespeople are pretty good at letting you browse. Parking is good. Prices are about standard for a place like this, and you may be able to negotiate a small discount if you know what you're doing.
Not many people going in store at the moment, so it's nice and quiet, and you don't have to dodge other shoppers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience a few days ago with picking out a fridge, washer and dryer. We were helped straight away, given lots of details on different options and had all our questions answered. After deciding on the models we wanted, delivery was arranged for two days later. Everything looks great in our new house, and we can't fault anything about Harvey Norman's customer service, quick turnaround and range of products.
