★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosha and Pepe were absolute gems! They worked closely with us to get the best lighting in our hall. Due to the height of the space and wanting something to make the space brighter, it wasn't a easy task to get something practical and efficent.
Both Kosha and Pepe had great ideas and even came to the house to visualize the space.
Would highly recommend Lighting Direct Palmerston North, especially Kosha and Pepe as we understand how daunting it can be choosing the "right" one.

I was standing beside one I had previously scoped out and she said follow me I have some examples just over here that I think will suit you better. She explained the one I was looking at was harder to adjust and also harder to turn off /on - we looked at several options together and I ended up purchasing one that more suited my needs. They had a 40% off sale so saved over $90. Well done Shana on superb customer service skills. She helped in ways I didn't know I needed help with. She anticipated my needs and helped me arrive at a buying decision that I felt comfortable with. I have worked in customer service myself for over 30 years and know people are quick to complain but not pay compliments and I wanted to show you how much I appreciated your assistance today. I will definitely be back!
