★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is for the Whanganui store. They don't have ability to review their store. I wonder why? First they overcharge you for stale products. They then do not bother replying to the issue. Shocking customer service. Going back? Never. Whanganui customers beware, check your receipts before you get ripped off too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You’re manager, bald man with piercings needs a rude awakening, myself and my family were in, and we purchased some damaged goods as they were on clearance and it wasn’t in the system, firstly the staff were very hesitant to get the managers attention to change the price, clearly he is unapproachable, then I was still charged full price for a damaged good. My sister is 4 years old and was excited to purchase something with her coins, she was spoken to so rudely by this manager and told “PUT THE COINS DOWN RIGHT THERE” in a horrible tone causing her to cry, why couldn’t she pass them to him? She was so excited and to be treated like that? Absolutely appalling!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of lollies and chocolates, noticed that a few products were past expiry by over a month. Mentioned this and was advised thats why products were discounted. I replied that notification of expired BB4 should be displayed.
Prices on garden products and hardware were more expensive than those in the local garden center or equivalent to mitre ten.
One must be aware of local retail before going to discounters to ensure one gets a bargain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service for this new store for our town. Huge stock, love the pet area and prices are excellent! I bought a dog toy down the road for 12 bucks, and found it here for 8 bucks! Same with the dog cage, great price. Staff are super friendly!
