Terrible service, I read the other reviews in disbelief... It can't be that bad. I went there the other day for the first time and it was terrible... The Indian lady who works there needs to learn how to smile and be nice to customers. I'm going to the other one that's five km away simply because of her. Would not recommend to anyone. Horrific.

experience was Sad! I was served by a lady named MUMTAZ - her style of customer service was so COLD and the way she went about dealing with my request, came from a very dark place - mannerisms were not friendly with no warm welcome (you will receive nothing but negative vibes when you approach her) 8.30am 6/3/20 : I had a $50 in notes and I asked if I was able to get change with a please - no smile just in a bad mood and noticed that her attitude and behaviour towards me was actually nasty Her response was we don't give change to non kiwibank customers, go to your own bank - I told her that I've managed to collect change from another KiwiBank in Lynfield where we have another cafe I get change from and they have never told me that? No its company policy we don't give to non kiwibank customers Kiwibank do offer change service to non Kiwibank customers this would be at the each branch's discretion - So MUMTAZ told me that the reason WHY she wouldn't provide me with change was because of their company policy - but I think it was a judgement made on her mood that morning Poor Service/Not A Kiwi Friendly place - Just really sad - Not willing to help a local business - Kindness Is not FREE at this BRANCH Clearly she needs to think about a career change

If lady from India which works there didn’t like you, be prepared for the fact that they will are lying and will not be served! My husband opened the Box for receiving parcels. When he forgot the keys to the box, he simply showed his ID and he was given the package. When I tried to get a parcel in my name twice with my ID, they refused me !! Arguing this by the fact that they can’t get my package without a key. I trusted them. I had an unpleasant surprise when I opened the box with the key and saw that they had access to the box from the other side. It is a pity that my husband told me about this later when I took advantage of the keys. For our money, terrible service!

Dishonest and incompetent. I had a package sent from Australia and they lost it. The person receiving the package chased them up for over a week and they kept saying they will have the driver retrieve it wherever they dropped it off. First time, they said they already retrieved it and will deliver, they never did. Second time, they said the recipient can pick it up next week but when the recipient followed up they said it's not there. They gave the address of the shop where they supposedly dropped it off (despite having the complete address and unit number of the office in the package), recipient went there and the shop said they never got anything from the post. After asking them to compensate for the package they said to talk to the sender ... The sender did not lose it. They did. I should be allowed to give no stars.

Most terrible service i have come accross the indian lady needs a holiday! Rude seems to power trip and has no sence of empathy. Walked out frustrated and embarrassed.

I think a bit of training is required with regard to being someone's Welfare Guardian. Went to deposit money in mums bank a/c. She asked me if it was my card and I said yes because I am legally in charge of all my mums financial business. She challenged me and I said I'm mums welfare guardian and she said no you're still not allowed to use someone else's card (loudly in front of a large queue of people). Actually ma'am, the court says I CAN use her card, she can't, she has dementia. I wouldn't mind but I was making a deposit, not withdrawing thousands of dollars.
