โ โ โ โ โ My first time visiting Lincraft in upper hutt as I live out of town. I must admit I was a little disappointed as I've only shopped in the lincraft in Dunedin which, to me, I feel is a bigger store and had more things to offer. As I'm an avid knitter and crochet I was disappointed in the amount of wool they had to offer and not many specials at the time I went in really I suppose I went in at the wrong time. Service was good I was asked twice if I needed help which is great. Staff lovely, friendly and approachable. I cannot say much about other crafty things they offer as i didn't have time to throughly look through the store. Worth a visit if you are out that way otherwise other craft stores are just as good.

โ โ โ โ โ The customer service team for Lincraft are just fabulous. I had an order not show up and they worked with me to find out what happened and resend my items. I spoke to the same service representative the whole time, based in New Zealand, and it was clear that they really care about their customers and take pride in their business. It was a totally painless experience and completely alleviated my anxiety of having all that week's 'fun money' lost in the post! Thank you!
