โ โ โ โ โ DO NOT TAKE ANY DEVICE HERE !!! Was charged $850 upfront for 2 phones to be repaired and 2 iPads. First phone came back after getting screen replaced with the back smashed and the home button not working. Second phone i got back a week later with the back even more smashed than the first and side button stuck in. First ipad that was getting screen replaced came back locked and second iPad still not returned. Disgusting service and i want my money back.

โ โ โ โ โ Got my phone fixed from these guys and they didn't put the screws back into my phone to hold the screen in. The also made my speaker to hear from when on a phone call didnt work when I got it back and they the top of the screen had a Bolge where they miss placed the speaker which led to my screen cracking. They also said that my phone had warranty on it for a month and when I went to talk to him he said there is no warranty. I went to talk to the guy there and he said "No we didn't do that, you cracked the screen and broke the speaker." I just want to say bad customer service and I'll never be going back here again. I'd rather spend and extra $30-$40 somewhere else to get it fixed.

โ โ โ โ โ Took a Samsung S6 in for repair which was just a new Battery, It didnt really work from day one when we got it back. The battery expanded and pushed the back off. Partner took it back when she had some time and he looked at it and said it was because it was used for games. Before the battery got damaged by the phone being dropped it worked fine for the same use never had an issue. Anyway he said he would fix it again for $45 but i decided to fix it myself, and found that the Battery that was replaced was an aftermarket battery not a Samsung battery. So i brought one for $20 installed it and phone is working and charging perfectly. I would like to know what the $60 I was charged for was actually for?
Being an aftermarket Battery id imagine it was cheaper then the actual Samsung Battery that I brought for $20. Very expensive labour charge if thats the case. Very disappointed that an aftermarket battery was used and the battery expanded which is also dangerous for my Daughter that was using it at the time.
This wouldnt have happened if an aftermarket battery wasnt used. $60 dollars for what? And another $45 for for a second repair for another aftermarket battery if i didnt fix it myself when i can get a Samsung Battery for $20.
Cheap aftermarket Batterys used and wont replace for free when it doesnt work or no refund was offered. Very unhappy with service.

โ โ โ โ โ Faizan is such a lovely man to do business with. He is always professional but will help & go the extra mile.
My granddaughter had managed to snap off her headphone jack.
A small part of the fitting was still left inside the port. It was needed fairly urgently as my granddaughter was flying to Auckland at 1pm the following day. The iPad needed to be completely opened up to remove the clogged jack. There is the possibility of cracking the screen. Faizan said that he was unable to help because he had some previous customer repairs. I knew he was super busy but offered him twice his fee.
He said that he would try his best to have it completed by 10am the following day.
He rang me to let me know he had completed the repair the day I had bought it in.
There was no extra charge & no broken screen.
Brilliant customer service โ

โ โ โ โ โ I highly recommend going here if you need your phone repaired or wanna buy a screen protector or a case and there is amazing customer service you can call to see if he has you phone part that you need replaced and he might be able to do it in one day but that depends.

โ โ โ โ โ Fantastic service, ordered a new screen, dropped phone off, all other places wanted it overnight for fitting, which is useless if its a business phone, this great little gem of a store in the UH Mall... 2hrs!! and I have it back in my hands looking immaculate wow! Can't speak highly enough of the gentleman that operates this kiosk, hopefully I won't drop my phine again, but if I do, I sure know where to go.
