★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful clean & friendly campsite. Fantastic value for money. Kevin drove us with our bikes to Ross so we could bike the trail. Julian & Kevin are absolutely delightful people that couldn't do enough for us....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be one of the best places to stay. There is so much to do right at your doorstep. From feeding the eels, fishing, kayaking, golf and biking track just down the road. Very close to some amazing lakes and the tree top walkway. We had a very busy 4 nights there and Kevin and Jillian made us feel so welcome. Had the best new years in ages the hosts put on platters and invited everyone to celebrate with them in the kitchen/ lounge, was so much fun. Facilities are fantastic and clean. Will definitely be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owners were very friendly. Good price to stay. Showers were $2. Invited to meet other campers in the evening which was really cool. Only 1 shower for woman and 1 for men. Not alot of space. Lovely country feel. Facilities were clean, quite new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this campsite if you’re coming through here. Kevin and Julian were so welcoming- the campsite is superb and the facilities are immaculate. Kevin drove my partner to the golf course and rented him clubs and then went to pick him up! They’re so friendly here and we will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here 1 year ago and it was perfect. We came back again this year, and we felt the same. The owners have created a great little campground, which is comfortable, relaxed, and so welcoming. Facilities are as new, and spotlessly clean and bright. Accessible for wheelchairs. This is the place to stay on the West coast. Just south of Hokitika, beside the golf course.
