★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to dinner last Friday night. The place was packed because of Christmas dos. We were served faster than we expected and my rib dinner and my partners lamb shank were deliciously tender and the portion size was perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for lunch, we had a great meal of fish n chips (orange roughy) followed by apple shortcake. Couldn't be bettered. And very helpful and friendly hosts. Definitely be back next time we're in Hokitika.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came for lunch on a sunny day. We had the pleasure of enjoying the garden space. It’s fenced in so the kids can wonder and toys supplies to keep them busy.
The food was lovely and the drinks were cold, and they came promptly. A great dinning experience we can’t wait to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was great, barman was lovely, outdoor dining area was comfortable. However one older lady staff member was rude, told us off for asking for a menu, made us feel unwelcome. Got annoyed when we asked if we could order mains. I feel for the staff who have to work with her.
