★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My heat pump was 10 years old and needed to be on 24 degrees to get about 18 degrees in the room, so I had John from Serviceman come around to look at some options.
I decided on the Gree 8kw heat pump (as we live above the snow line), the guys came around and did a great job with the installation, and my house is now a lot warmer (and cooler on the occasional hot day). They also fixed up a couple of power outlets while they were there too.
I will definitely use again and would recommend anyone else to give them a call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first used Serviceman to rewire my 1950s home a number of years ago. They were very professional, clean and tidy and polite. The price quoted was exactly what was invoiced with no extra costs. I have since had my kitchen and bathroom upgraded and Cam from Serviceman did all the electrical plus under floor heating and a lovely extracting fan . Again the final price was as quoted and I couldn't be happier - I will continue to recommend them to all my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a Serviceman customer for many years - they installed and service our heat pump, and have been my "go to" electrician since we bought the house. They have always provided good value for money, and the team (I've had at least seven of them at my home over the years) are highly professional, approachable and personable. When I needed an electrician in a hurry a couple of weeks ago, they were there within 30 minutes of my call, and the bill was very reasonable. I have just had them rewire my house, and replace the existing lights with LEDs. It was a big job (I didn't bother getting anyone else to quote), and took a bit longer than anticipated with some unexpected work along the way, but John and his team have taken it all in their stride. My wife and I are very happy with both the service and the end result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a hot water heat pump from then two years ago. I expected that they would be able to give me good advice they didn't. The heat pump did not heat the hot water cylinder enough so I have to use the back up electric element all the time defeating the purpose of buying an $11000 hot water heat pump. . They refused to answer emails requesting they come and look at it and fix. I would not recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, we use Serviceman for about 15 years now, since we bought our very first house, the heat transfer system is still working great after all those years. Since then we have used them to install heat pumps, LED lighting, security light, etc. John is an exceptional operator. Recommend Serviceman highly.
