I found their website misleading as the description mentioned "crackers" and "pack of six". There was a size option, a dropdown, where you can select single cracker or pack of six which I never noticed when I made the order because who would even consider buying a single cracker is a possibility. The default selection was "single".
They argued that no one else mentioned their website is misleading and so they concluded this is fine.
They did agree to refund me and I got to keep the cracker.

My parcel went missing before Christmas and she went above and beyond to help me resolve the situation to make sure my children got their gifts on time otherwise I would have been waiting until after the new year. Saying all of this I have shopped here numerous times over the past few years and always had a good experience, hassle free, beautiful products and no wait with shipping. Cannot recommend enough. Thanks so much! ⭐
