★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located near the carpark of merivale mall. Indoor and outdoor seatings available. Order at the counter and pay first. Took good 20 minutes for the food to arrive at our table, but drinks were fairly quick. Standard service quality not particularly friendly or attentive. Food is average quality and price, nothing bad about the place. One good thing we noticed is that they use biodegradable take away cups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving Savoir 5 out of 5 because they clear and clean the tables promptly which so many cafes don't bother doing. Also they have enough staff on during peak times so that you still get served quickly. Thanks to the male barista on when I was there - real nice Oat Latte and happy to make it for me in a glass, not a mug! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad and unhygienic food, poor service. This cafe is pet friendly. We visited in Aug 2016 with some overseas guests. The cafe was busy at brunch time and tables were arranged closely. A lady came with a big dog and sat next to our table. Her dog was shedding hair all over the place. The food on our table was getting spoiled, I requested the staff to move the dog to the other side so that the other customers don't get affected but the staff refused to help. We had to leave the place as our food and drinks were sprinkled with dog's hair. The second time I visited this cafe in July 2019, I ordered a coffee which took 25 min to arrive on the table and that also with a long hair floating in the mug. I complained and it was replaced with another cup which was cold and tasteless. I would never recommend this place. Bad service, unhygienic food, and unclean ambience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very welcoming, just like the name. The Argentine staff member was friendly. Saviore means welcoming. If you take the e off the end, it reads savior. Recommend this place. Good indoor and out. It would be nice to have some soothing music played that reaches outdoors.
