★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting Little & Local in Snells Beach and we really enjoyed our brunch. The decor is lovely and the walls have some awesome artwork that you can purchase. And of course the food we ordered which was an avocado stack with eggs and bacon and hash browns was yummy. If you are in Snells Beach go pay them a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for lunch but at 1.10pm they started packing up as it looked like they wanted to close early. We had only just received our food but noticed others were still waiting.
The noise from the kitchen in the cafe was bang crash with plates and pans being knocked together. Unbelievably loud and all of the elderly patrons noticed. Maybe once you’re a senior you’re invisible.
Clearly we didn’t matter and when I mentioned it they seemed surprised and made no effort to encourage us to come back
Very hard to enjoy your lunch and definitely not relaxing.
My quiche was fine but the pie had been heated in a microwave and was soggy. We often eat here but we won’t be back. Well at least not until it improves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for dinner tonight, 6 of us total. We ordered 2 coke zero's but they tasted flat and off they were replaced and we were told this was from a new bottle however we had to send them back again and ordered new drinks to be safe. 2 of us ordered the free range chicken fettuccine with mushrooms and bacon however both had no chicken or bacon. We told the waitress who said that there was chicken in there however we kept asking her where and then finally just asked her to check with the chef. She came back with a small bowl of cut up chicken and walked away. No sorry, didn't take our meals back to redo them or nothing. When we complained about it we got a sorry but didn't offer us a discount or to take them off the bill so we asked if we could just pay for one which they accepted. Burgers were great and the fettuccine was average. The waitress did the best she could

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thoroughly enjoyable experience from the food to the service to the restaurant itself. The food at Little and Local is divine! We had the chilli Linguine and I would say that was probably the best pasta I have ever had. Same goes for all their other dishes. I would highly recommend the calamari as well. The staff there are always super nice and friendly. Highly recommend Little and Local for your next dining experience or just to order takeaways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee good but would pass on the muffins. They crumble up and very hard to eat. Possibly need to fill with less custard so that it's not so heavy in the middle. Was very disappointing. Person serving was having a conversation with the cook even though she new I was waiting. I expect a to be able to get the muffin to my mouth without it crumbling because after all its take out.
