★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had brunch at Chairs, use to be a favourite haunt under old owners.
Food was mediocre and coffees were made at Little and Local and brought over, no sugar provided slow service, meals beat coffees yo table.
Don't think I will be going back anytime soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three visits in one weekend! Five stars are not enough! Quality, value for money meals, fast friendly service. Changes to menu items no hassle. Special mention to Jackson, Stella, Ryan and Arni. Awesome to see young, engaged locals interacting with the punters in such a positive way. Chairs Cafe is everything a family run business in a small community should be. You guys nailed it, we will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Table of 4 and we all had beautiful meals, our waitress was very good. A very busy night but the waitresses need more training, e.g. need trays for the bar instead of delivering one glass at a time to tables and then back clearing of tables as they walk past. We have been twice and both times excellent food and we will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a lovely dinner while we we're visiting the area. Nice quiet atmosphere with great customer service.
The mains are decently portioned, I had steak and my partner had the slow cooker lamb.
We both enjoyed the salad, well seasoned.
My boyfriend did enjoy his meal very much, but wished there were more bread served.
I had no issues with my steak, I had it with some lovely potato chips.
Would recommend this restaurant for dinner instead of driving to Matakana, if you want something nice in the Snell's Beach area.
