★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite simply the worst company I've ever dealt with. It has been over 3 months since I made my order online. The only communication I have had from them is when I call the store as they do not respond to emails. Each time I've called (allowing at least a couple of weeks in between trying to be sympathetic to what are tough times for all), I'm advised 'the order has been shipped' or 'the order seems to have been lost' or 'the product is out of stock and we'll give you a refund'. I haven't received any product, refund or most importantly, communication around these issues. They've promised me either email or phone confirmation once they've dealt with whatever new problem they've faced, however I'm left in the dark every time. I assume I'm not getting any products or my money back. Raj, if you feel this is unfair - my order number is #69306 and you've got both my phone number and email.

In February 2022 I bought some glassware from Digi Shine Limited (trading as Homewareshop and Living Styles). I then emailed three times over March with no response, as the product hadn’t arrived and I’d had zero communication from the company. In late March I phoned to follow up and was told the item was not in stock and I would be reimbursed over the next week. Three weeks later I had to recover the money through the BNZ (who were very good and got it back). Something is terribly wrong with this business, from the total lack of communication through to telling me I’d be reimbursed and then sitting on my money. Buyer beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like the previous post, ordered more then 2 weeks ago. No reply to emails asking where the order was. Finally go hold of them on the phone, said they would call back with update, 4 day later still waiting. Have sent more emails today. I have also contacted my bank and if you have not received your goods after 30days they can start a disputes and potential fraud investigation. My husband will also be in Auck for business next week so will be visiting the shop!!!

I initially gave one star as I ordered on the 1st November, and received no communication on the status of my package directly from the company for about a month. After reaching out via email and having trouble getting a courier number/getting on the phone, Raj kindly offered to deliver my parcel as the couriers were busy over the Christmas period. I could put this down to COVID and a lack of communication as delays/other things occurred. My glass containers are great - I absolutely love them. Feedback to Living Styles would be to just ensure customers are kept in the loop on delivery timeframes to avoid confusion. Thank you Raj for your help at the end of all this.
