β β β β β Very friendly receptionist who answered all my questions in detail and a great doctor who helped calm me down after I arrived in an outrageous fluster. Have registered with these guys now despite it being more expensive than my last practice bc i can easily get an appointment, the staff are great and the premises is good ( includes parking!)

β β β β β It was one of the most humiliating experiences in my life, one of the receptionists was exceptionally rude. My advice to avoid the situation I've been today: please make sure you can pay $62 for consultation before you going to ask them any question, better to start with it when you entering the door.

β β β β β Doctor Candida Hatherley has been my GP for 5 years and has always been caring, thorough and approachable, easy to share concerns with.
The practice is run efficiently and staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

β β β β β About the comment I posted below, I received an email yesterday from Dr. Fiona, asking me if I would consider removing the comment. I felt outraged at it. I thought this space was destined for free comments, even when it is a critique. I was expecting an email, with an apology, or other form of solving the issue, but not this. I believe that critiques should be treated as a way to improve, to seek what's been done wrong so it can be done better next time, not simply refusing to acknowledge that someone is not entirely satisfied with the outcome of the appointment. I don't recommend this professional.
Dr. Fiona Lienert she is a lousy professional, she met me 10 minutes late and practically kicked me out of the office because I was late! I do not recommend!

β β β β β Dr Fiona Leniert has been extremely helpful to my family. Her professionalism and guidance, have been outstanding. In fact she has been the only dr that has really cared during a sad time. If youβre looking for an empathetic, warm and highly professional dr to look after you - I rate her 150 per cent!

β β β β β I have been a patient at this practice since a very young age (20+ years ago) with Doctor Stephen Gates, he is always fabulous and knowledgeable. Throughout the years during my visits, he sometimes train new GPs (I guess you probably need to be quite good to do that...)
Now my daughter is a patient with Dr Hatherley and she is also fabulous! Recently as Dr Hatherley was away, my daughter said Dr Lienert and she is wonderful and detailed too.
I cannot understand some of the bad comments about the doctors at this practice as they are all very, very nice! The nurses and receptionist has always been helpful and exceptionally polite too <3
