★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience with Jo Wardle and I suggest avoiding dealing with her in the future. Very negative, trying to talk me out of attending an auction and I felt like she really didn't want me buying the property I was interested in. Poor communication too. Would not recommend.
