I found it to be a difficult decision to choose an agent to sell my home where I have been extremely happy. Paula was amazing, she was not pushy, she was completely honest and I really felt she had my interests and my personal dreams at heart. Her upbeat positive personality and her organisational skills and transparency meant that I felt I could trust her and this led to an amazing result when auctioning my home. I felt looked after by Paula and she guided me through the process which was new to me (having never been to auction or sold a home before). I think that Paula went above and beyond the role of her job in order to understand my needs and my expectations - she was able to achieve this as one of her talents is communication along with good listening. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paula to anyone - either people new to buying and selling homes or those who have done so before. Paula is refreshing and her client centred approach made me feel like I really made the right decision in going with her and One Agency and this was reflected to me in financial gain. For some it might be a fast sale, for others it might be a sale of the highest amount. Ginny is also very good at working with multiple and diverse people bringing them to a successful conclusion. She is very good at negotiation with multiple parties and listening to what is important. Ginny is a very safe pair of hands for selling your property - highly recommended.
