Mike gave us realistic expectations and was always prompt and efficient with all communication and correspondence. We never felt like he was trying to mislead or misdirect us, even following auctions we weren't a part of but had interest in shows his knowledge about how the market would react to certain properties was accurate and well considered.
We ended up with the house we wanted, given location and budget, and Mike was helpful every step of the way. When we didn't have everything sorted he prompted us and where he could arranged builders reports and advised on option we had available to us.
We enjoyed working with Mike and would definitely do it again.
