★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unpleasant deal I've ever had. I bought a Citizen watch for my husband's birthday from them, asking in advance that in case he didn't like it we'll change it. My husband didn't like the watch and we changed it with a Timex watch. After returning home, we found the same watch on the Timex website to be $93 usd while I paid $220 nzd for it. Knowing the actual price of the watch I went back to return it. They refused my right to return the watch and accused me of trying to blackmail them when I said I will give you a review online and express my dissatisfaction. Not only they had a price that they couldn't justify, but also they were harsh and rude.
After reading your reply: in addition to your very unpleasant customer service, you have twisted the reality in your reply. I most certainly did not threaten you to go on social media (giving you an online review is my right as a customer), for you to "happily" change the watch was my condition to buy it in the first place, and for your business to compete with online businesses I highly suggest a better (more compassionate and understanding) approach in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today to get my watch back after 3 weeks-was told all it needed was the battery to be charged which he did.The woman in the shop was extremely rude and I found the owner a little on the rude side also.
Will go to proper watch repairer in future that knows about Citizen watches.

Both of the people in the shop were very friendly and offered advice for caring for my purchase. Will absolutely be visiting again. Quality service, quality product!
