★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly service. We had food from the cabinet and menu which was delicious. Great setting on the water front with heaps of outdoor seating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never walked out of a place so pisssed off. The lady who attempted to serve me. Questioned my mask exemption (Wich i have for a very serious reason) she then told me at 10:59 that she couldn’t serve me wedges Wich started on the lunch menu at 11. She then said no I can’t have the Belgian waffles on the breakfast menu at 10:59 because it has almost ended. So what could I order? The lunch menu wasn’t available and neither was the breakfast? She picked on me right from the get go. And I will never be back. She’s the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. You don’t criticise people about having a mask exemption neither do you ask why they have it!! So rude (was the Maori lady with the really dark eye makeup) shocking!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I had read Bruce's review below beforehand. Nothing has changed except they now "nuke" the bagel in the microwave! Sloppy coffee which they did replace but was no better.
(I should have known as my first observation there were no prices on the food! People want to see what they are paying for) should have asked for my money back. Won't be back.
Left it and went next door, happy now beautiful coffee and food.
Ps don't think they reading these poor reviews, as not learning anything from them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered lasagna and it came out cold and on a plate smaller than the actual lasagne (lol)
Fruit salad was also very soggy and the chicken sliders leaked with grease.
Didn't see a single staff member smile for the whole hour and very minimal interactions even at the till!
Would not recommend, there are for sure nicer places in Picton!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waffles were yummy, loaded with berries and whipped cream. The waffles themselves were some of the best I've had, I could waffle on for ages but this short to the point review will do!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience here. Nice clean shop but limited gluten free options. Ordered bacon corn fritters and was given the salmon one in error. Frittata was stone cold despite being heated - threw most of it out ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Friendly staff, nice, clean and tidy cafe. Food is presented beautifully. Staff a little slow at the till.
However, there's no coffee menu so no prices displayed for beverages and not on a menu either. I don't drink caffeine so wasn't sure what else I could order other than a cold drink.
Panini was heated in a microwave so it became literally hard to eat. Would have been better heated in a press and presented on a larger plate too.
