Tried to refund faulty good - curtain lights and was told its common sense that curtain lights all require an extension cord even tho my outlet plug was right next to my window. Their cord was literally 30cm long from curtain lights. Then I was told that as a customer it is my fault for not opening the box at the store to look and examine the product and that as a customer I needed to enquire about any product I buy and open it to check on site before buying. He said he certainly the person that does that'll! Lols what kind of bad and disrespectful person goes around stores like any stores opening packages and boxes before buying?

β β β β β Oh...my...God I'm so hacked off I've only just found out how awesome this shop is. This will sound shallow/snobby/snooty but I wouldn't go there because the ugly green colour of the shop put me off. Awks. Yes, yes I'm a terrible person.
I LOVE this shop! The staff are friendly and the prices are fantastic.

β β β β β Great store with a great selection of reasonably priced items. A fantastic selection tion of fancy dress costumes and wigs plus everything you would need for a party plus craft and stationery items, kitchenware, items for the laundry and bathroom plus other items with lots of stock in the large store. Plenty of parking too which is a plus.
