A friend and I were looking to buy a couple of shoes each but we waited for someone to speak to us, the retailers on duty ignored us until I finally asked for help. There were no sizes available in any of the shoes we tried and she didn't offer alternatives. She brought us our shoes to try on and walked away. I buy most of my shoes and families shoes from Platypus and most stores have amazing customer service, especially New Lynn, North Shore and Westgate. I'll stick to the stores I know that provide excellent customer service. Needless to say we left the store with no shoes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treated myself to some new kicks today and loved the experience in the shop. The ladies were very helpful especially Gemela. She ensured that I had the right size and the style that I wanted. She was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I get the kicks I wanted :) Thank you!
