β β β β β Wonderful staff!! Although the store was really busy staff member Jessica was absolutely lovely and patient. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and with a beautiful smile.
Excellent customer service and Thank you to Jessica for being so charismatic and kind despite being overloaded with duties.

β β β β β The service I recieved before was different from what I got after. I was told that the arms of the glasses are supposed to bend out because thats how it's designed and also because of the style I chose. I am not happy with my glasses and won't be going back here. Guy spoke first about the 50% off my next purchase rather then the issue I was there for.

β β β β β worst experience. there should be negative rating to -10. Paid op 17/5 no acknowledgment for one week. When I called on 25/5 response was, o! we only do account once a week and today it will be. Order for my prescription glasses was not done even after payment done.
Received a text on 30/5 to call them back to book an appointment. called 3 times, left messages too. Nothing so far.
In my opinion, taking someone's money, not actioning the order is like intention of stealing.

β β β β β My teen has received her (two) new glasses just this evening. From the telephone booking to now, the service has been exceptional. Teen had her first comprehensive test just before school kicked off. With a well-explained recommendation, selection and fitting process, left with no hidden costs and all questions answered. Specsavers also helped complete an application to Enable NZ for partial funding. Special thanks to Victoria, Elena and Tash. I'm so grateful my daughter's sight has been investigated and then treated with the right solutions with great care and professionalism. Thank you Manukau Specsavers
