I really couldn't be happier with the experience or service ever since. Lotus have never had as good quality local representation as Chris and Giltrap Group are providing right now.
The aftersales service is the best I've ever experienced also which is very important. These guys are really taking the hassle out of buying, owning and running these very special cars.
Based on my personal experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a new Lotus, or as top quality service agents for your own car.
