★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friend received unprofessional and rude service from a female Indian worker. Had zero patience for my friends moderate English proficiency and would talk too quickly (despite being asked to slow down) and sigh melodramatically every time my friend did not understand something and asked for clarification. Awful service considering most clientele will be foreign and may not be able to speak English as well as my friend, so not sure how they expect to do business with these people. Literally pushed my friend to tears out of intimidation from her visible frustration. Probably get another job if you have no patience for foreigners, especially sad considering she is a likely a foreigner herself.

Very long wait while the in booth worker inputted my details to the 30 question identity form...15 minutes...then wanted 2 forms of identity....then wanted proof of where I received money from...really? For less than $100 NZD in value!
I got the feeling they did not want to do business. Rudeness to go with it.
Sorry but I just had to walk away. Bad experience with Lotus.
