One time I was looking for something in the makeup isle and this staff member spent like 10 minutes showing me each variation of what I was looking for, it's price and what was included. It was really helpful for me as someone who was beginner with makeup and they were super kind to me at the counter.

It looks like previous college Emily trained Unger within high standards of the Customer Service like it should be. I wish Unger success and inspiration.

β β β β β Me and my parter were just browsing around in Level 3 (Womens section) and we sat down to have a bit of rest. This lady working there came up to us and asked what we were doing or if we were waiting for someone. We told her no we're just sitting down to rest for a bit. And then she said "Ok security will come soon." ummmm what??? is it a crime to "sit down"?? why would they put chairs there? its not one of those chairs that they sell. It was so rude, and was so much in shock. Not the first time being there being looked down on! Would not recommend going there.

We also got served dirty looks by Asian co workers

Avoid farmers and go too David jones
They have the best customer service!

Farmers are not doing well , they always think people are stealing , due too poor salesβ¦
They will steal ur clubcard points also
I snapped up the card since they did that ! ?

β β β β β Yesterday 19/05/2022 I had a great experience with one of your staff, I wish I'd gotten her name (4th floor, fair skin, blonde hair, nicest lady @ around 5pm). She spent a long time helping me find the exact bag I was looking for to gift mum; friendly chat and helpful service even so close to closing time. Thank you!
