★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. I'd rather pay money gram $25 to transfer my money rather than this. After all that and they still managed to send the money to some other country than the country i wanted them to send it to. All in all it was a painstaking experience and i hope people don't use this branch as the employees are very rude and don't care about yout money. I asked for the manager and was replied by more rudeness and they didn't apologize for their mistake or rudeness and blatantly disregarded my appeal. I hope businesses like this where they give no regard to the customer should not be open for business and i will try to make a formal complaint to the related government agency as they are not fit to handle financial transactions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The representative from Wellesley should be aware that your system can only contain 32 characters instead of her advising me to contact WU back home to update name. Because I went to other WU branch I was able pick up my money and they explained the reason why my last name does not contain the last two letters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good shop for money exchange and courier service in the auckland city. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They are so patient enough to answer all your queries and does their maximum to provide you with a sincere service. There is a little parking facility provided and usually this place doesnt have much waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location on G-Maps is misleading. It is much closer to the corner of Wellesley St & Mayoral Drive than shown on the map.
I went to this location for applying for IRD. The representative was very courteous and helpful. She told me I did not need the university offer letter (only student visa was enough), as opposed to what AA center said!
One benefit is that NZ Post services are available till 6pm (while the NZ Post office nearby closes at 5pm). However, they do not provide RealMe verification services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from Prabaka today (hope I’ve spelt his name right). It’s the second time I’ve been there, now that no other places (CBD) could bother to offer Saturday postal services except this one — they are truly a GEM! What polite and patient staff too! A woman who served me just the week before was fantastic as well! Please do not stop your Saturday postal services I’ll be coming to you and will be recommending you to all :)
