★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a good location to stop by to take a couple of photos on the highway. No resting area, picnic tables/ shade. So if you plan here for picnic then it’s not an ideal place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really cool spot here I always drive past and never stop. This time made it worth it. Went for a swim as well which was awesome. Was about 3pm so had perfect sunlight and heat. Not that far away from Westport but also if you decide to go this way to Greymouth you sre in for amazing views on the way down the coast
