β β β β β Luau is the most ideal place which you can find in the auckland city for a student, it's clean and tidy and everything there is perfectly fine, nothing bad to point out. Aurellio was really helpful from the beginning and his way of managing the accomadation has made this apartment a perfect place. And this place was never been boring as this is a place where you can find many nationalities, so in Luau it's always a perfect stay ?

Yes..there are rules but they are very important to keep the place safe and clean.
I really recomend it for your first place to stay.

β β β β β I recommend this place to anyone that is planning to come to Auckland! It's clean, organized, affordable and the owners are awesome, always ready to help you with everything you need!
Yes, there are rules because there is always someone thinking they can just leave their dirty dishes behind and their belongings around. The cameras are there to make sure everyone is ok and nothing bad is happening! Remember, you are not from NZ, it's always good to know someone here is worried about you.

The accommodation is always clean and organized, points that I consider essential for those who come home to rest after an intense day of study and work.

β β β β β Luau Accommodation was our first home in New Zealand. My girlfriend and stayed for 2 weeks and we enjoyed our stay. Of course it has it's limitations but the owners are very nice and are always keeping things in order. The place is clean and tidy. Also we were luck that our flatmates were very friendly so we were in a very good company!

limited Internet
Friends can't have lunch or dinner with you in the flat.
Cooking after 9:30 pm is not allowed.
Luau is good place to stay short term, there are rules and camera, personally I don't think it is bad because they avoid "bad behavior" of some tenants, but many people dislike so it's up to you.
I lived more than 5 months and everything was fine.

β β β β β Our family stayed at Luau in October 2017. It was a prefect accommodation for our family to adapt for the first arrival in Auckland. Basically had every thing what we needed for us to live and it was tidy and cleaned. Mostly the location was great to get to the stores and public places. Indeed it was safe with the security tacked in. Plus the prompt reply and any assistant from Luciana was impressive.I would say... Thumbs up for Luau.!!!
