An elderly couple and myself, and a passenger from my hotel, used this particular service. I was to be dropped off at Waihi and the couple to Tauranga. I had assumed that this was a Waihi-Tauranga-Auckland Service but it is not. We ended up driving out into the countryside west of Huntly for a passenger on a winding dirt road that felt like forever. And that was after we made a stop at a liquor store so said person could pick up a couple of boxes of beer. I was not advised of this and would not have booked with them if I had been. The driver wasn't at all happy about this, but later changed his mind when he said it had only taken an hour and 10 mins off our route, and that this was to be expected with this company. When I called the company the next day to ask for a discount the attitude was that I should be grateful that I made it home because of covid, and that no I would not be getting a discount on the $160 that I paid to go on this involuntary ridiculous adventure. I basically had to listen to their sob story which I felt was told in order to make me feel like an ungrateful a**hole. They seem to think that they are a charity organization at this time, not a business. My mind is officially blown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! These guys are just amazing. I missed my connection to Auckland and really felt i let them down not being able to contact them to tell them. The next day I arrived at Auckland having rung them to say I had arrived a day late, they told me exactly how to find the shuttle and the driver. The attitude and care was just amazing. The drivers were first rate, kid, considerate, even asking in people wanted to stop to get milk etc. The whole experience was just fantastic, a real please to deal with them...NUMBER 1 Choice. Best in New Zealand. Gareth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've had a really poor experience with these guys. They tried charging us nearly $700 more then the rates advertised on their website. When we questioned this they gave various different responses and different prices, all of which were still hundreds of dollars more than advertised. When we questioned this again they went MIA. Difficult to know if this was a genuine oversight on their part or a deliberate attempt to rip people off as they've still yet to respond. And in the absence of them responding and providing an explanation, we've taken the view to stay well clear of them in future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand any of the poor reviews. Most people are complaining of having to wait for other passengers to join their shuttle, or detouring to pick up passengers. But that's what this service is, you should expect that. It's written on the website while you're booking that that may happen. My experience was superb. My driver was super nice and personable, we chatted the whole 2+ hours from my house to the airport. The only other passenger in the shuttle opted to nap. The driver drove safely. The shuttle itself was really nice, perfectly clean. I would absolutely recommend this service to anybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100% reccomend. Drivers both on the 22nd June and 26th June AKL - TGA - AKL (sorry cant remember their names) were absolutly lovely. Booked return shuttle at a discounted price and was chauffeured both times. Even stopped for a hot drink in Ngatea on the way back to Auckland. I will absolutely use this service when ever I need to!

Fabulous service out of hours on a friday evening to arrange a shuttle for us back to Rotorua for the very next day after we managed to secure a flight to Auckland at the last minute to get home. We had no idea how we would get out of Auckland in level 4 but they came to our rescue. Lovely staff to deal with on the phone and our driver was friendly and drove very well. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous shuttle from Auckland International Airport right to my rural doorstep! Harry was a competent, considerate driver who did not speed or take any risks on a cold, dark night.
The immaculate, late model Mercedes all to myself was a lovely touch of luxury. Harry even made sure I got into my house, which was in pitch darkness because of a power cut.
I'll certainly use this service next time, for a hassle free connection my flight. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible driving on Auckland Anniversary weekend, over taking on rural roads with limited visibility and tail gating traffic, yet didn’t take the opportunity to pass vehicles when passing lanes were available. Wouldn’t recommend.
Happy to pass on all the dash cam footage.
