★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Jarrod because my mac book pro was so slow. Immediately he understood my issue and made recommendations to rectify. Unlike most techy geeks, Jarrod spoke in plain English and with conviction.
My conversation happened on Thursday, I delivered the pc Friday morning, and received a call a few hours later confirming all was done.
I picked up the lap top this morning and I am delighted. The 2012 machine is faster than newer machines I have used recently.
